The refund policy outlined below is subject to the terms of each client’s signed representation agreement with Oputa Agoh Law. This website does not establish a contract, and any general refund information provided here is for informational purposes only. Refund eligibility and conditions vary by case, service type, and agreement. Please refer to your individual retainer agreement or consult our office for case-specific terms

Refund Policy

At Oputa Agoha Law LLC, we are committed to providing quality legal services with transparency and integrity. Please note the following refund guidelines:

• Consultation Fees: All consultation fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Legal Services: Refunds for legal services already rendered are not available. If you paid a flat fee and services have not yet begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review and applicable administrative fees.

• Retainer Agreements: If you entered into a signed agreement for services, the refund terms stated in that agreement will apply.

• Exceptional Circumstances: We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis when exceptional circumstances arise. Please contact our office directly to discuss your situation.
